Elderly woman's body recovered from Jhelum in Chattabal Srinagar | KNO

Srinagar, January 31 (KNO) : An elderly womans body was recovered from the river jhelum in old city in Srinagar on Thursday. According to locals, as told to KNO, the body of the elderly lady was fished out at Veer Chattabal "Police from Safa kadal station along with locals of Malik sahib area of Safa Kadal retrieved the body," locals said. The female is estimated to be of above 60 years of age. The identity of the lady is not known and police has taken up the investigation.(KNO)
